Booking Policy

We are committed to ensuring that each client receives a personalized and exceptional experience when renting our haute couture gowns. All gown rentals are subject to a mandatory fitting session for a personalized experience and perfect fit. Exceptions are considered case by case, with virtual fittings available for clients outside our service area. Rental Period:

The standard rental period is 3 days, starting from the agreed-upon date. Extensions may be possible, subject to availability, and additional charges will apply.

Flexible Gown Rental Options:

Our standard gown rental duration is set at 3 days for your convenience. In addition, for a cost-friendly option, we offer a flexible 1-day gown rental. This allows you to enjoy our haute couture pieces at a budget-friendly rate. For details and availability, feel free to reach out.

Deposit:

A refundable security deposit, equivalent to 50% of the gown's retail value, is required before gown collection.

The security deposit will be refunded within 3 days of gown return, minus any applicable charges for damages.

Gown Care:

The gown(s) must be returned in the same condition as when rented, with no damage or stains.

If the gown(s) require repair or significant cleaning due to damage or stains, the cost of repair or cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.

Gown Alterations:

Any unauthorized alterations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Late Returns:

Late returns will incur additional charges. Customers will be charged a late fee of $100 per day for each day the rental item is late.

Sharing Rentals:

Rental items are for the sole use of the customer who placed the order and are not allowed to be lent or shared with others.

Cleaning Fees

Customers are not required to dry clean the rental items. Cleaning fees are not included in the gown rental price. A separate cleaning fee will be applied to ensure the gown's pristine condition for future rentals.

Order Cancellation:

We understand that plans may change. You are welcome to cancel your gown rental booking, and we offer a full refund.

Optional Gown Return and Dry Cleaning Service:

For your convenience, our dry cleaners will collect the gown at your residence after rental period. However, additional charges apply.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Estar De Moda reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. By renting a gown, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change, and clients will be notified of any updates. Clients are encouraged to read and understand these terms before confirming their gown rental.
